Gert is our Office Engineer. She comes to us as a recent Graduate of the Bachelor of Business Administration degree program at UCFV with a major in Accounting. She keeps the train on track Monday to Friday answering and routing calls to Jim, Janette and I, setting viewing appointments, following up showings to sellers, preparing weekly ads, doing record keeping and bookkeeping, communicating with conveyancers and keeping our team in sync with you and each other. You will discover as we well know that Gert is a caring, efficient manager of The RUSSBAILIE Team's office and your sale details. I believe you will very much enjoy working with Gert as she often communicates the who, what, when, how and why of your daily real estate business.
Heather is about Customer Care. Her job is to keep the written lines of communication open and flowing with information such as sale progress reports, home improvement suggestions, moving tips, happy birthday celebrations, real estate news letters, conveyancing instuctions, service satisfaction surveys and client appreciation events. Heather loves helping people as demonstrated with her past work on the crisis line. While you will only interact with her occationally, you should know she understands how important these communications are to your peace of mind.
